Shipping and Delivery Policies

All products ship via USPS 2 day priority, both locally and internationally. All orders are fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible. 

Important Points:

  • Full Programs will ship in 2 boxes. One box will contain the machine and a second box will contain misc accessories. 
  • If you received only one box that is normal, because the other box is en route!
  • If you need supplies by a specific time, we suggest you order supplies up to 10 days before you actually need them to allow time for unpredicted delays such as supply shortages, shipping delays, and packing and fulfillment.
  • If you have concerns about your order you can send an email with your order number. However, if it's been within 48 hours, it's possible, that given the above outlined, it hasn't shipped yet. Kindly email us at help@myteethwhiteningbusiness.com.
  • We do not have a "local pick up" option. 
  • Given the unpredictability of the United States at this time given the pandemic, social unrest, disruption in international trade, and curfews, shipping delays can be expected.

    International shipping is available to most places, including Canada. For international shipping rates, please proceed with checkout, and rates will populate.
